Each link goes to the airline's own help, claims or contact page. We check them by hand and show when we last did. DelayAhead isn't part of any airline and can't send a request for you.
Which airline to contact
Contact the airline that operated the flight. On a codeshare, the flight number you booked can belong to a partner airline, while another airline flies the plane. Your booking or boarding pass usually says "operated by". If you aren't sure, ask the airline you booked with.
These forms are for requests during or after a disruption, not for urgent help. If you need help right now, for example with a missed connection, use the airline's app or its desk at the airport.

If the airline doesn't resolve it
If you don't get a reply, or you disagree with the answer, these official bodies explain your options. Which one applies depends on where you flew and the airline:
- European Union: Air passenger rights on Your Europe (European Commission).
- United Kingdom: How to make a complaint (UK Civil Aviation Authority).
- United States: File a consumer complaint (US Department of Transportation).
Elsewhere, look for the national civil aviation authority or consumer protection body where you flew. DelayAhead can't tell you whether you are owed anything.
